Job Overview

The Bartender will provide exceptional beverage service to our discerning guests. This role requires a skilled professional who can offer an outstanding selection of creative beverages, support servers as needed, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• General:
• Comply with all corporate and hotel policies, standard operating procedures, and the MOHG Code of Conduct.
• Support learning and development activities, safeguard stored information, and adhere to safe working practices.
• Report defects, accidents, and maintenance issues according to hotel procedures.
• Attend statutory fire training, comply with fire, health & safety rules, and be aware of Fire safety plans.
• Ensure compliance with MOHG Social Media Policy and zero-tolerance policy on harassment or discrimination.
• Achieve high client care standards, lead and communicate with colleagues during bar operations, and follow production sequences.
• Set up and operate a bar station, provide services, recommend wine and cocktails, coordinate food and beverage service, and manage cash float and cashiering duties.
• Maintain stock rotation, order store requisitions, and ensure adherence to local Food Hygiene Standards.
• Report any incidents to colleagues, guests, or visitors according to hotel procedures.
• Participate in additional duties related to hotel operational activities, attend training deemed appropriate by your Head of Department, and ensure Safe & Sound procedures are followed by peers.
