Job Description

The Bartender will perform proactive, interactive and reactive allowing each member of our guests completely satisfies during their meal and bar experience.

Scope of Position

The job requires understanding and complying with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures. This includes safeguarding stored information, fully supporting all learning and development activities, and adhering to all policies & procedures relating to Safe, Sound and Sustainable at Mandarin Oriental.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fully supports all learning and development activities.
  • Be responsible for the set-up and operation of a bar station/section.
  • Provide recommendations and prepare wine and creative cocktail choices for guests.
  • Report and follow up on maintenance defaults affecting service delivery.
