Executive Culinary Director
We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional cuisine and innovative presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants, with a proven track record of success in pre-opening projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the pre-opening project plan for all culinary outlets, collaborating with hotel leadership and technical services teams.
Design and implement kitchen layouts, including the selection of kitchen equipment and procurement of kitchenware, utensils, and inventory.
Recruit, hire, train, and onboard the culinary team, ensuring a positive and motivated kitchen culture aligned with our brand values.
Lead by example, maintaining high standards of culinary artistry, discipline, and professionalism.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), HACCP systems, and culinary policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 8-10 years of culinary leadership experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining restaurants.
Proven success in pre-opening projects is highly preferred.
Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of international cuisines with an emphasis on Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and modern fusion.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
HACCP certification and knowledge of international food safety standards.
