Job Overview

G-nous is seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to drive business growth through effective marketing strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, growth, and retention across channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive acquisition, growth, and retention across channels
  • Design and monitor experiments to optimize conversion rates
  • Lead the development of content and copy strategy for each initiative
  • Support the development of commercial and CRM strategy in conjunction with head office
  • Coordinate with the communication department to enhance G-nous reputation and image
  • Collaborate with the design team to define creative materials for each initiative
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in strategic marketing roles, preferably within tech companies or startups
  • Proven ability to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns across diverse channels
  • Expertise in data analysis to optimize performances, reporting results to stakeholders
  • Strong experience with lead generation and customer acquisition techniques
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative vision, both for campaign development and process improvement
