Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our cybersecurity team as a senior engineer. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact on our customers' security.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical security solutions to customers, representing the company as a technical leader, and ensuring the implementation of secure infrastructure to support our applications.

• Work closely with product managers and project sponsors to implement security solutions and associated applications
• Configure approved host and network security solutions
• Implement network performance monitoring and management solutions
• Oversee modification or reconfiguration of network elements
• Manage installation and connectivity testing of security solutions
• Lead application acceptance testing from a security perspective
• Develop and deliver end-user training
• Deliver technical documentation as required
• Conduct technical research to meet security solution requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in OT industrial control systems
• 3+ years of experience in installing and managing network-based firewalls
• 3+ years of experience in performing network troubleshooting using sniffers and monitors
• 3+ years of experience in installing and managing network-based intrusion detection products
• 3+ years of advanced systems administration experience (Windows Active Directory)
• 3+ years of experience in implementing host-based security technologies
• 3+ years of experience in implementing system backup technologies
• Understanding of high-availability networking technologies
• Experience working in mixed environments of standard TCP/IP and non-standard networking protocols
• Experience in developing, evaluating, and implementing security policies and procedures
• Desirable experience with Schneider Electric products and industries
• Facilitation skills to lead requirements discovery workshops and project scope change requirements
• Analytical skills to critically evaluate information and reconcile conflicts
• Observational skills to validate data and expose new areas for elicitation
• Writing skills to communicate effectively to customers and technical staff
• Organizational skills to manage information and adapt to changing circumstances
• Interpersonal skills to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field
• Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), ISA99 or IC32-34 related OT certification
