Seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee critical operations, HR functions, and client relations. The successful candidate will ensure seamless HR processes, build strong relationships, and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with employees, clients, and stakeholders.
  2. Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including IT recruitment: assess client needs, review CVs, conduct interviews, draft and negotiate employment agreements, and facilitate visa applications.
  3. Respond to employee concerns and create initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  4. Collaborate with the finance team to guarantee timely invoice submissions.
  5. Administer monthly payroll: gather, verify, and process timesheets and attendance records.
  6. Monitor the Tender Board for new opportunities, prepare and submit proposals, and ensure adherence to technical specifications.
  7. Oversee all client contracts: manage new and ongoing contracts, ensure timely renewals, and handle negotiations and pricing.
  8. Chair the Tender Committee alongside the CEO.
  9. Manage employee leave, track absences, and arrange replacements.
  10. Regularly visit clients and interact with their Heads of Department to maintain exceptional service standards.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 8–10 years of experience in HR and operations, preferably in a service-oriented sector.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Tendency toward tendering processes and contract management would be beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
