Construction Supervisor Position

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the work of carpenters on construction sites.

">

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role, be proficient in reading blueprints, knowledgeable in various types of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials, and possess strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the quality and timely completion of all carpentry tasks, training new carpenters on techniques, safety procedures, and company policies, monitoring inventory levels of materials and tools needed for carpentry work, and communicating with project managers to provide progress updates and report any issues or concerns.

The successful candidate will also have good communication skills, be able to give clear instructions and provide feedback, and be physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.

Valid visa sponsorship for employment in Oman is required.
