Job Description:

A financial controller is sought after to manage and maintain financial operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monthly inventories for all stores, ensuring accurate records and compliance with policies.
  • Maintain secure storage areas, monitor security controls, and ensure proper issuance of F&B and non-F&B items.
  • Establish and maintain cost allocation transfer systems, accurately posting inter-departmental transfers between cost centers.
  • Verify food and beverage invoices, comparing quoted prices to invoice prices and matching unit costs with market quotations.
  • Create and update recipes, linking Point of Sale (POS) System to Purchasing System to generate potential food and beverage cost of sales.
  • Prepare monthly F&B cost reports and month-end reconciliation reports, assigned balance sheet reconciliations, and conduct regular spot checks on procedures.
