Job Title: The Employee Development Manager is responsible for leading the development of Team Members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Performance Indicators:

  1. Onboarding Process: Lead the Onboarding process for all new Team Members, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
  2. Develop and implement training programs that meet the hotel's objectives and goals.
  3. Training Evaluation: Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  4. Collaborate with departmental instructors to provide ongoing support and coaching.
  5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program that aligns with the hotel's overall strategy.

Requirements:

  1. Pursuing a certification in Training or related field.
  2. Previous experience in a Training role.
  3. Solid business acumen.
  4. Passion for self-development.
