As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The Income Auditor is responsible for verifying daily room revenue reports, reconciling credit card collections, and finalizing food cover reports. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Verify daily room revenue reports, including discrepancies between housekeeping and front office room status.
  • Reconcile all credit card collections against cashier summaries and bank lists.
  • Finalize food cover reports and distribute documentation to the Finance Department.
  • Control dockets used in all outlets, maintaining correct sequence and accounting for canceled dockets.

This role also involves controlling food and beverage sales by recording guest checks on a timely basis, performing spot checks on outlet checks, and monitoring buffet controls. Additionally, you will reconcile total outlet sales to total charges and ensure that programs involving coupons, certificates, and vouchers are adequately controlled.

Requirements
  • Prior experience as an Income Auditor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial auditing techniques and procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
