Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in the appellate court, preparing and presenting compelling legal arguments
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
  • Draft comprehensive legal documents, including briefs and appeals
  • Provide expert advice to clients on all relevant legal matters

Requirements:

  • Licensed by a recognized authority to appear before the appellate court
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic

This is a full-time role located in Masqa't, Oman. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
