Key Responsibilities
  • First-Level Support: Provide timely assistance to employees on hardware, software, and network issues.
  • System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other tech equipment.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve system failures, hardware/software issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Network Administration: Maintain and monitor company network, internet connectivity, and internal servers.
  • User Management: Set up user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain IT inventory and asset register.
  • Tool Management: Manage and ensure proper functioning of CCTV, IP phones, time attendance systems, and other IT tools.
  • Vendor Liaison: Liaise with external vendors for system updates, equipment servicing, and IT procurement.
  • Data Security: Ensure company data is backed up and implement basic cybersecurity measures.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding: Support in onboarding/offboarding employees from a technical access perspective.
  • Documentation: Document issues and solutions for future reference.
  • System Integration: Assist in the implementation and integration of new IT systems and software.
