Product Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop new Islamic banking retail and corporate products and services. The ideal candidate will take initiative in developing launching new products starting with product proposals and implementing product improvements by coordinating with relevant stakeholders such as Customers IT Operations Finance Sales teams legal Compliance etc.
The role requires conducting market research and analysis to understand current trends and customer preferences. Monitor and manage products throughout their life cycle provide product training to branch call centre and sales staff be the focal point-of-contact for branches for all product and service related issues pertaining to assigned products/services suggest and introduce value additions in terms of product features pricing packaging or bundling with best-fit products/services/channels for enhancing business.
The position involves coordinating and implementing advertising and promotional campaigns for assigned products in close coordination with Marketing team and other service providers such as advertising/promotional agencies.
The ideal candidate will prepare Legal Documentation Product Guidelines Process flows Manuals Accounting Entries and Training Material and take approval from Senior Management & Regulatory authorities prior to execution and launch ensure that business targets for assigned products are met.
