Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business efficiency and digital transformation.

You will analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and performance, and work closely with development teams to deliver scalable and effective low-code solutions. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, optimize, and document business processes to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Define and prioritize product backlogs, collaborate with development teams, and ensure business goals align with Agile project delivery.
  • Work closely with development teams to deliver scalable and effective low-code solutions.
  • Gather business requirements, conduct stakeholder workshops, and translate needs into actionable insights.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to business analysts and junior team members.
  • Conduct training sessions on business analysis best practices, Agile methodologies, and low-code application development.
  • Identify business challenges, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in business process management and re-engineering.
  • Experience as a Product Owner in Agile projects.
  • Strong understanding of low-code application development.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and train teams at all levels.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
