Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Guest Services Representative. As a key member of our front office team, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

About the Role:

  • Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and efficiently, following established cash handling procedures.
  • Account Management: Use computerized Front Office systems to manage guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
