Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle, advising on employee relations and performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in the Pharma, Biotech, or Clinical Research industry, with a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. They should also possess excellent strategic planning, data analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Manage employee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Analyze HR data to inform decisions and improve processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong strategic planning, data analysis, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and cultural awareness.
