Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NOC specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and evaluating quarterly PBCs, organizing daily NOC operations meetings, and attending weekly OPS meetings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and evaluate quarterly Personal Business Commitments (PBCs) with FO and BO managers.
  • Organize daily NOC operation meetings to ensure smooth network operations.
  • Attend weekly OPS meetings and other meetings as required to stay informed about network activities.
  • Audit weekly OPS reports to identify areas for improvement and prepare a perfect workflow.
  • Escalate issues to Irancell OPS manager to coordinate with vendors and third-party providers.
  • Follow and update network critical issues according to SLA tables, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
  • Participate in Change Request (CR) meetings and audits to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Audit large-scale data configuration changes to prevent disruptions to network services.
  • Audit spare parts status traces to ensure timely procurement and replacement of essential components.
  • Audit the workload, ability, and quality of NOC members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Escalate human resource issues related to NOC members to Project Director for resolution.
  • Provide solutions that improve network performance, maintenance, and development, resulting in enhanced service delivery.
  • Monitor and control network modification plans, including upgrades, expansions, and cutover activities, to ensure seamless service continuity.
  • Ensure work orders flow between HUAWEI and Mobinil aligns with agreed-upon schedules and meets quality standards.
  • Solve technical and non-technical problems promptly to maintain network service quality.
  • Supervise feedback mechanisms to monitor plan goals and targets, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Report on network maintenance status to high-level customers, providing transparency and accountability.
  • Evaluate Preventive Maintenance documentation for customer networks and review results of PM activities conducted.
  • Generate weekly reports on tasks completed, highlighting accomplishments and areas for improvement.
