Accounting Professional

This accounting position involves ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, managing accounts receivable/payable, and supporting budgeting and audit processes in line with hospitality asset management goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and compliant financial records and statements.
  • Process payments, invoices, and reconciliations for hospitality assets.
  • Oversee general ledger functions and month-end/year-end closing processes.
  • Support budget preparation and financial forecasting efforts.
  • Identify and report on financial transaction variances.
  • Interact with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Ensure timely financial data submissions for asset performance reporting.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in hospitality or real estate.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and hospitality financial controls.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
