Lead Software Engineering

We are seeking an exceptional professional to fill the role of Engineering Manager. This key position requires a strong technical foundation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and grow a team of engineers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in software delivery, with expertise in Python development and open-source technologies. They will also possess a deep understanding of the machine learning space, its challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
In this role, you will oversee a distributed team of engineers and their MLOps/Analytics portfolio, organize and lead the team's processes to achieve its objectives, and conduct one-on-one meetings with team members.
You will be responsible for identifying and measuring team health indicators, interacting with a vibrant community, reviewing code produced by other engineers, and attending conferences to represent the company and its MLOps solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a distributed team of engineers and their MLOps/Analytics portfolio

- Professional Python development experience, preferably with a track record in open source
- A proven understanding of the machine learning space, its challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Experience designing and implementing MLOps solutions
- An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
