Job Description:

The Legal Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all company activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Omani law and be able to develop and implement effective compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective compliance programs.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Provide training and guidance to employees on regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with non-compliance.

Requirements:

  • LLM or equivalent in Business/Commercial Law (additional training in antitrust/economy is advantageous).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance and regulatory affairs.
  • Expertise in Omani law and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
