About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Demi Chef to join our culinary team.

As Demi Chef, you will assist the Executive Chef in preparing appetizers, entrees and desserts, as well as ensuring the presentation of food meets the highest standards.

You will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and adhering to health and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to work efficiently under pressure, possess a high level of cleanliness, and be committed to teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Support the kitchen team with daily tasks
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standard
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or any culinary degree
  • At least one year of experience as Demi Chef in Hotels and Restaurants
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service
  • Eye for detail to achieve operation excellence
