We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to help set up and manage daily operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with brokers, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processes and high efficiency.

The role involves overseeing company documentation and visa processes, coordinating office setup, managing broker duty schedules and weekly performance reports, monitoring AmoCRM tasks and office expenses, establishing relationships with developers and partner agencies, supporting onboarding, certifications, and project trainings, organizing site visits, marketing updates, and events, and assisting remote brokers with client showings and materials.
