Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager for Electrification Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts in Oman, leveraging your expertise in the energy industry to establish and nurture customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed annual sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth. Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Establish strong customer relationships based on your deep understanding of their requirements and your commitment to delivering value. Build a foundation for future business opportunities and provide accurate account information and guidance.
  • Stay abreast of the Oman energy market, including industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, to remain a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Contribute to the development of the designated territory, including account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
  • Collaborate on the development and delivery of comprehensive business plans that address customer priorities and security challenges.

Demand Generation, Pipeline, and Opportunity Management

  • Maintain an updated and well-managed sales pipeline, advancing opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Execute the sales strategy and roadmap to successfully close opportunities. Collaborate with sales management on negotiation strategies.
  • Understand Siemens' competition and effectively position our solutions against them.
  • Keep the CRM system up-to-date with accurate customer and pipeline information.
