**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Hyatt. As a key member of our bar operations, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious drinks that exceed our guests' expectations.

About the Role:

  • Create new and exciting drink recipes using a variety of ingredients and techniques.
  • Train and develop our bartending team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the bar area.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu and make recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working order and report any issues to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding liquor sales and service.
