In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of the resort renovation project. You will ensure alignment with project goals, contractual obligations, and client expectations, while monitoring project milestones and applying corrective actions to avoid delays.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven project environment, and serve as the main point of contact for the client and external stakeholders. Mentor and manage the project team to ensure effective delivery.

As a Project Director, you will have significant experience in design, construction, and project management, with at least 20 years of experience and 8 years of experience as Project Director for similar high-end hospitality projects in Oman/GCC.

You will have strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and contract management skills, as well as demonstrated leadership in large-scale resort or 5-star hotel projects.
