We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Villa Attendant to join our team. As a Villa Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our guests.
You will be responsible for maintaining the villas, including cleaning, restocking supplies, and providing exceptional customer service. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay with us.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Monitor daily arrivals and coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure seamless villa preparations.
- Assist guests with special needs and requirements, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Stock supply trolleys with room essentials, ensuring that every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
- Replace supplies in villas, such as stationery, guest amenities, and information brochures, maintaining the high standards of our resort.
- Remove furniture, curtains, and fixtures requiring repair or replacement, taking pride in your work.
- Change bed linen according to resort policy, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
- Maintain the style and appearance of all areas, paying attention to every detail.
- Use equipment responsibly, taking ownership of its maintenance and upkeep.
- Provide turn-down service, re-stocking minibars and exceeding guest expectations.
- Uphold our guidelines and standards of service, striving to exceed performance benchmarks.
- Maintain LQA standards and adhere to guest feedback, continuously improving our services.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years' experience in a similar luxury hotel role.
- Tech proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with hotel systems like POS, PMS, and CRM platforms.
- A good understanding of scheduling, cleaning procedures, chemicals, and surfaces.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to live and travel in remote locations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high standards of quality.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
