Academic Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished academic leader to join our faculty in a Full Professor position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in research and teaching, with a strong publication record in high-ranking, peer-reviewed academic journals.

The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Ethics, or a closely related field, and demonstrate leadership in academic administration, curriculum development, or program management. They will also be active researchers in their areas of specialization and intellectually engaged in their discipline.

Apart from teaching undergraduate and postgraduate programs, the professor will supervise Masters and doctoral theses, conduct scholarly research, contribute to various committees at the Department, College, and University levels, and serve as student advisor. Additionally, they will participate in department/college/university committees, help with curriculum/program development, and engage in services for the university, professional and local communities.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Ethics, or a closely related field.">
  • Proven track record of excellence in research and teaching.">
  • Strong publication record in high-ranking, peer-reviewed academic journals.">
  • Leadership experience in academic administration, curriculum development, or program management.">
  • Active researcher in their area of specialization.">
  • Intellectually engaged in their discipline.">
  • At least 15 years of teaching experience and hold the professorship position for at least 10 years.">
  • Three letters of recommendation.">
  • Copies of all degree and experience certificates.">
