Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making and foster a data-driven culture within the organization.

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting:
  • Develop and implement robust financial models to support tactical and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights from historical financial data, supporting informed business decisions.
  • Prepare in-depth financial reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key trends, variances, and recommendations.
  • Strategy & Planning:
  • Engage in cost-saving initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Provide actionable insights on cash flow projections, forecasting medium- and long-term financial outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (BA, BS, or B.Com).
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA highly valued.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a Big 4 transaction advisory role or similar environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and data-gathering capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively collaborate in a team-oriented setting.
