Job Overview

The Sheet Production Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily production activities for the sheet lines extrusion process. This key position is responsible for driving environmental, health, and safety initiatives within the team and department.

This role involves planning, organizing, and controlling production to ensure efficient, timely delivery of goods that meet customer standards.

Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership to the sheet manufacturing production operations of PET sheets, assessing overall production processes to improve efficiency, conducting employee performance reviews, and monitoring staff performance while implementing necessary interventions for improvement.

Requirements

To apply for this position, you will need:

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any bachelor's degree course with a wide experience in the field of Plastic Manufacturing

Experience: 7-10 years' experience in production of Plastic/Polymers Manufacturing environment, 3 years of these should be in a supervisory / managerial level

Languages & Computer Literacy: Good English language ability required, Advanced Computer literacy and Microsoft office, Working knowledge in SAP system or similar
