**Job Summary:**

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in veterinary medicine, with a bachelor's degree or related field. They should have at least five years of experience in vaccine sales and marketing within Oman.

A key responsibility of the position is to develop and implement strategic and operational plans to ensure the company's growth. This involves overseeing the execution of business plans and tracking achievements.

Effective communication skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will engage with new and existing key customers to understand and meet their needs. They must also maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

  • Pricing and Credit Management:
  • Supervise pricing, credit terms, discount policies, and customer purchasing limits.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and managing warehouse inventory. They must also review and place purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Additionally, they will submit regular sales performance reports to the Regional Manager and develop and manage the annual operating budget.

Leadership Skills:

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure proper staffing and equipment for all company sections.
