POSITION INFORMATION

Division: Commercial

Department: Sales

Role Designation: Sales Executive

ROLE PURPOSE

The Sales Executive will work with indirect Sales vendors. The executive will ensure effective execution of the Indirect Sales Channels strategies. The executive will support the supervisor in identifying, recruiting, and managing a base of indirect sales partners to achieve sales targets by executing channel programs to sell company services and products to households and businesses.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOperational Accountabilities
  • Adhere to monthly and quarterly new sales quotas for all partners in assigned account bases.
  • Implement actions to create opportunities to sell Awasr products through Indirect Channels.
  • Execute and ensure management of Awasr Retail standards.
  • Identify indirect channel partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Follow up with assigned indirect teams to ensure proper execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide accurate daily forecast funnels of identified opportunities to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Strengthen key alliances in the telecommunication and technology sectors to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with partners.
  • Coordinate and deliver training updates to partners on new products and processes.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to support the Indirect Channels in acquiring new business.
  • Collaborate with the sales support and performance team for reporting and measuring sales channel efficiency.
  • Provide market insights to support sales planning.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma.

Language Requirements: English and Arabic (both verbal and written) are mandatory.

Profile Description

The Sales Operation Executive will be responsible for gathering information from all sales channels and supporting sales activities.
