Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Coordinator to support our business in Oman.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the People & Organization (P&O) team with planning and delivery of specific work activities.
  • Support P&O activities throughout the employee life-cycle.
  • Support line managers with basic P&O queries.
  • Coordinate events/P&O programmes, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A good education, preferably in HR or a related field.
  • Job-specific experience, including knowledge of people practices and applicable legislative frameworks.
  • Previous HR experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of changing regulatory environments is also preferred.
Experience of:
  • SUPPORTING PERFORMANCE TARGET ACHIEVEMENT
Ability to:
  • Maintain a customer-focused climate.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prioritize work and manage daily workload.
  • Collate data into logical sequences and provide simple analysis.
