Job Title: Guest Experience Host

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Guest Experience Host to provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a keen eye for detail.

• Greeting Guests: Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
• Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with the sequence of service, ensuring that every guest receives prompt and efficient service.
• Operational Duties: Assist with scheduling dining reservations, arranging parties or special services, and providing local information and recommendations to guests.
• Guest Enquiries: Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, responding promptly to any questions or concerns.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including the hostess desk, door, and surrounding areas.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation, providing assistance when needed and contributing to a positive and motivated team environment.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
