Strategic Paid Media Manager - Attract Top Talent

We are seeking a Digital Media Manager to lead strategic media buying across top platforms, driving business growth through effective campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X to maximize ROI.
  • Create and present media plans aligned with business goals and target audience insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and test creative ad strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Monitor performance and adjust targeting, bids, and creatives for continuous improvement.
  • Generate performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns on at least 4 of the following platforms: Google, Meta, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X.
  • Strong skills in data-driven optimization and decision-making to inform marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with platform-specific ad managers (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) to streamline campaign execution.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
  • Experience with conversion tracking and attribution setup (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Pixel, UTM, GA4) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or other platforms to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
