About Our Culinary Leadership Role
We're seeking a seasoned and visionary culinary leader to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen department, you will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding the highest standards of quality.
Job Overview- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the culinary experience, incorporating sustainability practices and guest feedback.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize operations.
- Oversee menu assessment, wine list optimization, and purchasing practices that align with our nutrition and sustainability platforms.
- A minimum of 5 years of kitchen experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting.
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in broiler equipment, meat and fish cookery, proficient knife skills, and understanding of farm-to-table concepts.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with ability to live in remote locations for extended periods and travel on single status.
