Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.

Main Job Functions:
  1. Support guests with any special needs or requirements.
  2. Ensure supply carts are stocked and ready for each shift.
  3. Maintain a well-stocked inventory of room supplies, including toiletries, stationery, and hotel information.
  4. Remove and replace furniture, curtains, and other fixtures as needed.
  5. Follow our established linen changing procedure.
  6. Maintain the presentation of all areas to the highest standard.
  7. Properly use and care for equipment.
  8. Live and breathe our Six Senses values: exceptional service and operational excellence.
  9. Consistently meet and exceed performance expectations.
Essential Requirements:
  1. Secondary education and relevant experience (at least 2 years).
  2. Practical knowledge of cleaning procedures and materials.
  3. Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken).
