Business Development Specialist

Account Management and Sales Enablement Professional


Role Overview:
  1. Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
  2. Develop and maintain productive professional relationships with key personnel related to projects assigned (Internally & External).
  3. Deliver the agreed KPIs for all projects assigned.

Key Objectives:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets and drive business growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  3. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel to ensure successful project delivery and meet department performance objectives.

KPIs and Targets:
  1. Achieve ≥100% AOP Revenue & OYOV.
  2. Deliver all assigned sales-related projects as per KPIs; stalled opportunities should not exceed 10% of the pipeline.
  3. Control escalations by ensuring stakeholders meet their commitments.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, ICT, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer project management, preferably in Cloud or IT services, with experience from Telco or IT services in B2B contexts.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop forecasts and business cases.
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong presentation, analysis, and concept development skills.
