Cybersecurity Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct a thorough security risk assessment for the Stakeholder platform.
  2. Implement Omani cybersecurity regulations, ISO 27001, and other industry-specific compliance standards.
  3. Perform penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and risk mitigation.
  4. Ensure data encryption and access control policies meet government requirements.
  5. Develop a cyber incident response plan for system security breaches.
  6. Establish security monitoring for threat detection and prevention.

Required Expertise

  1. 7+ years in cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
  2. Certified CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of NIST, OWASP, GDPR, and Omani Cybersecurity Law.
  4. Experience in penetration testing, SIEM, firewalls, and cloud security.
  5. Familiarity with security for industry and government platforms.
