Contact Center Team Leader Job Description:
As a Contact Center Team Leader, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and guide the team in implementing revenue upsell and cross-sell strategies during calls.
You will work closely with the WFM team and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery quality and proper escalation of client concerns and issues.
In addition, you will support the analysis and management of account contract performance, highlighting any deviations from expectations and developing effective mitigation strategies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in contact center operations, sales, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the team in implementing revenue upsell and cross-sell strategies during calls.
- Support the analysis and management of account contract performance.
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the WFM team and other key stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
