Exceptional Customer Service and Revenue Growth
We are seeking a skilled Contact Center Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of contact center representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth.
As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement.
You will also be responsible for analyzing customer interactions and identifying opportunities to develop new revenue streams through upselling and cross-selling.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in contact center operations, sales, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
