Business Intelligence Senior Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Business Intelligence Senior Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in business intelligence to drive the success of analytics initiatives.
The role involves engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops, capturing and documenting requirements, and collaborating with technical teams to develop impactful analytics solutions.
The Business Intelligence Senior Specialist will also focus on optimizing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving the delivery of analytics projects using Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:- Engage stakeholders to align analytics solutions with organizational goals.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in data analytics-focused roles.
- Extensive knowledge of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
