Site Operations Manager

The successful candidate will oversee site operations across various disciplines at a water park. They will coordinate with external contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure the timely completion of installations. The site leader must monitor construction progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary. This includes reviewing contractor schedules, resources, and logistics to guarantee quality assurance and control processes are enforced.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience, including 5+ years in theme/water parks or similar recreational facilities.
- Experience with aquatic equipment, pool systems, and international building codes.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent numerical and communication skills.
