Job Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the operation and maintenance of a Real Estate Services site, overseeing office, laboratory, manufacturing, and/or warehouse facilities in multiple buildings.

This role involves developing and executing expense budgets and capital plans, supervising staff with experience in facilities operation and maintenance, and ensuring desired results from outsourced services such as food services, janitorial, landscaping, and maintenance.

  • Serves as principal contact for corporate, business unit, and Shared Services employees at the site.
  • Directly impacts a revenue center's viability or quality of service via personal contributions.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily operations and maintenance of the site, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  2. Develop, recommend, and execute expense budgets and capital plans to achieve desired results.
  3. Supervise staff through subordinate leaders, providing guidance and support to ensure successful job performance.
  4. Serve as principal contact for corporate, business unit, and Shared Services employees at the site, facilitating communication and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, architecture, or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property management, including experience in direct operations and maintenance of office and manufacturing facilities.
  • Successful internal relations and management experience.
