Develop a strategic network of third-party logistics (3PL) partners to meet the growing demand for delivery services across various cities. Enhance their operational capabilities through comprehensive training and effective communication, ensuring seamless alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners nationwide.
- Ensure 100% compliance among 3PL partners and their riders, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize processes and products used by 3PL companies, driving business growth and efficiency.
- Work closely with the operations team to develop and manage rewards and penalties for 3PL partners, aligning with business objectives such as hiring goals and user experience targets.
- Take ownership of partner and regional performance, striving to achieve rider recruitment, operations, management, and user experience goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding the elimination of underperforming partners.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in rider growth and partner management.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of the 3PL market trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
