About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Third-Party Risk Management program, focusing on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with external engagements. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective risk mitigation.
Main Responsibilities
- Program Development and Implementation
- Design and implement a robust third-party risk management framework, encompassing policies, procedures, and methodologies for evaluating and mitigating risks.
- Establish a strong relationship with third-party vendors, promoting transparency and open communication throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation
- Conduct thorough risk assessments of third-party vendors, including due diligence and ongoing monitoring to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Due Diligence
- Lead the due diligence process for onboarding new third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Vendor Management
- Develop and implement a vendor management strategy, ensuring effective oversight and monitoring of third-party vendors.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to third-party risk management, ensuring the organization remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
