We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic professionals to join our dynamic team in a Server/Waiter/Waitress role. In this position, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing friendly, efficient service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable time.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a warm atmosphere for an enjoyable meal.
  2. Take accurate food and drink orders, entering them into the Point of Sale (POS) system with precision.
  3. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area.
  4. Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.
  5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and at the right temperature, promoting seamless service.
  6. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and daily specials to enhance the dining experience, offering personalized suggestions to guests.
  7. Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash transactions according to established company procedures.
  8. Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations, throughout the shift to create a pleasant environment for guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a server, waiter, or waitress in a similar environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor, allowing for effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing excellent service, consistently delivering a positive experience for guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments, with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the business and provide excellent service to guests.
