Legal Counselor

The Legal Counsel will play a key role in advising clients on various legal matters, including contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

1. Providing expert legal advice to clients on a range of topics, including corporate law, commercial transactions, and employment law.
2. Negotiating contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring that their interests are protected.
3. Preparing and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
4. Resolving legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation, as necessary.
5. Managing outside counsel and coordinating legal projects to ensure timely completion and effective results.

• 5+ years of experience in law, with a focus on corporate law and commercial transactions.
• Strong knowledge of international laws and regulations, particularly in the Middle East region.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Law degree from an accredited university and fluency in English and Arabic.
