Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Counselor to provide expert legal advice and support on various real estate matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting due diligence investigations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Due Diligence: Investigate properties, including title searches, property surveys, environmental assessments, and zoning verification.
  • Draft and Review Contracts: Create and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Monitor Regulatory Changes: Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and updates related to real estate laws, zoning ordinances, building codes, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in Dispute Resolution: Help resolve legal disputes and litigation related to real estate matters.
  • Identify Legal Risks: Assess legal risks associated with real estate transactions and operations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate industry.
