
Restaurant Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage operational plans to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures by monitoring employee performance.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent errors from recurring, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
Leadership and Guidance:
- Mentor and train assigned personnel in their roles and responsibilities.

- Recommend strategic personnel changes, including hiring, promotion, demotion, and release of staff, as well as compensation adjustments within organizational guidelines.
Operational Management:
- Direct daily operations according to established protocols and best practices.
- Design and administer training programs, including new employee onboarding.
- Oversee the development and implementation of controls for all aspects of business operations, balancing cost-effectiveness and profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Quality and Safety:
- Coordinate efforts to maintain high-quality food and beverage preparation methods.
- Optimize scheduling programs to deliver exceptional customer service using minimal resources.
- Instruct assigned personnel on safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a hazard-free work environment.
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to customer complaints, addressing issues whenever possible.
Education and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
