Quality and Safety:

  • Optimize scheduling programs to deliver exceptional customer service using minimal resources.
  • Instruct assigned personnel on safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a hazard-free work environment.

Customer Service:

  • Respond promptly to customer complaints, addressing issues whenever possible.

Education and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
