The role of an Architect Engineer is to design and review buildings, structures, and other physical environments. This involves developing and implementing design concepts, managing projects from concept to completion, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that designs meet client needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and maintain accurate and detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • To prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • To coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • To conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues.
  • To liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Experience with construction administration and contract management.
  • Skills in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with business software, such as Microsoft Office.
